Philosophy

A law firm’s success should depend solely on delivering value to clients — end of story.

Pacific Crest was established by successful, former “mega-firm” attorneys to serve discerning companies, investment funds, and individuals in need of sophisticated business law and strategic counseling.

While there is nothing inherently wrong with the mega-firm model, it was not built to serve and prioritize all clients’ interests, particularly those of small- to mid-size companies, as well as the venture capital community.

We believe there is a better way. Specifically, our firm’s success should depend solely on delivering value to clients—end of story. This long-term vision allows us to work with our clients to ensure they get quality service at all times, even in the rare cases where quality service depends on referring out work to subject-matter experts (e.g., antitrust or litigation matters). When the focus is on the client, practicing law becomes much more fulfilling (and even fun).

We welcome the opportunity to discuss our values and ideas with you.

When the focus is on the client, practicing law becomes much more fulfilling."
